In deze cursus ligt de focus op meditatie (theorie en praktijk) maar wordt ook duidelijk en scherp het verschil tussen mindfullness en meditatie uitvoerig belicht. Cli\u00ebnten kunnen na het volgen van de opleiding zichzelf zen -\/ meditatieleraar noemen en zelf meditatiesessies verzorgen. Hij verzorgde jarenlang meditatiesessies voor personeel in het Flevoziekenhuis en bij Siri Satya Yoga in Almere. Hij heeft verschillende meditatieopleidingen en retraites gevolgd in binnen- en buitenland, waaronder Tapoban in Kathmandu en OSHO Divine Zone in Pokhara (Nepal). Er zijn 6 contactmomenten, dus 6x theorie en 6x praktijk. De theorie per sessie is max 3 uur. De praktijksessie ongeveer 2,5 uur. Ochtendprogramma: 10:00 \u2013 13:00 uur (theorie). Middagprogramma: 14:30 \u2013 16:30 uur (praktijk). Een eventuele 7e dag als terugkomdag behoort tot de mogelijkheden indien daar behoefte aan is. Verplichte literatuur: Yoga Sutra van Patanjali die ook online te vinden is. Meditatie \u2013 de eerste en laatste vrijheid van OSHO. istory of yoga: een documentaire op YouTube. Een reflectieverslag op de Yoga Sutra is verplicht. Aanbevolen literatuur: De Bhagavad Gita. Interessante literatuur: Vedanta meditatie van David Frawley. Oosters en westers denken van Alan Watts. Spiritualiteit in de praktijk van Swami Ashokananda. Na de 7e dag stopt het theorie- en praktijkgedeelte. De deelnemers hebben dan nog zo\u2019n 3 maanden de tijd om de opdrachten uit te werken (boeken lezen en verslag van maken tevens het geven van een meditatiesessie binnen eigen kring en daar een geluids- en beeldopname van maken). Dat is de eindopdracht en die wordt dan samen met hen bekeken en beoordeeld (uiteraard voorzien van commentaar en opbouwende kritiek).
